Approach Land Use, Planning And Zoning With Confidence

Tom Liguori brings over 40 years of experience utilizing municipal, state and federal tools in his land use, planning and zoning practice. Mr. Liguori has a broad range of success including representing owners of single-family homes who required local regulatory agency approvals and handling major commercial development, like famed Ocean House, Rhode Island, and educational facilities.

Project approvals that Mr. Liguori has spearheaded include nearly every permit issued by the state of Rhode Island. For example, the demolition and replacement of Ocean House required every permit administered by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Division of Water Resources as well as municipal and other permits.

Mr. Liguori’s projects regularly receive bonding, grants and tax credits. He has worked closely with various state agencies and commissions including Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission, and the Rhode Island Division of Taxation.
